What is uPVC?

uPVC stands for Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride. It has been extremely popular with many homeowners for some time because of its many benefits. uPVC is used to create all kinds of windows, doors, and conservatories, including sky lights, casement windows, patio doors and bay windows. They are also available in different styles to suit your home, whether it is a contemporary or a period property. It can also be supplied in a variety of colours, including cream, grey and wood-effect finishes.

Our team is able to install a range of products including windows (flush sash casement, casement and sash sliding), French/patio doors and composite doors. We install quality products from Liniar: a leading UK-based manufacturer of uPVC windows and doors. In addition, we can also install Residor composite doors, known as one of the most secure composite doors on the market.

Benefits of uPVC

uPVC is strong, lightweight, and low maintenance. It is cheaper than alternatives such as aluminium and timber. It is extremely durable and can be manufactured in any style or shape. Our top-quality Liniar double glazing is extremely efficient, and uPVC is an excellent choice as it has a very low thermal conductivity and helps stop heat escaping. It will never need painting or treatment to maintain it, it will just need wiping down with a damp cloth now and again.
